These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member", "Player") and cv399 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the cv399 website located at cv399.pro, including all gaming, betting, promotional and account services offered therein. These Terms apply to all visitors and registered members.

• "Member" or "Player" means any individual who has successfully registered a cv399 account and whose account remains in good standing.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of deposited funds and credited bonuses held in a Member's cv399 account, expressed in BDT.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by cv399 that are subject to wagering requirements and are not withdrawable until rollover conditions are met.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency used for all deposits, withdrawals, bets and account balances on cv399.

2.Eligibility

Use of cv399 is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age. cv399 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close accounts where satisfactory proof cannot be provided.
• You are acting as a private individual and not on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any business or commercial entity when placing bets or engaging with the gaming services.
• You have not previously been excluded from cv399 or any affiliated platform, and you are not subject to any self-exclusion order that would prohibit participation in online gaming activities.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director or immediate family member of any such person of cv399 or any of its affiliate companies, technology providers, or game suppliers.
• You are using the platform for personal recreational purposes only and not for any professional gambling system, arbitrage, matched betting scheme or any activity designed to generate a guaranteed or near-guaranteed profit from the platform's promotional offers.

cv399 reserves the right to conduct eligibility verification checks at any stage of the registration process or during an existing account relationship. Failure to pass such checks, or provision of false information, will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any funds held in the account pending investigation.

3.Account Registration and Verification

To access the full range of cv399 services you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information. You are responsible for keeping your account information current at all times.

• Each individual may register only one account. If you already hold a cv399 account you must not create a new or secondary account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and associated funds may be voided.
• You must keep your login credentials strictly confidential. You must not share your username or password with any other person. cv399 will treat all activity performed through your account as having been authorised by you.
• cv399 may at any time request KYC documentation — including but not limited to a government-issued photo identity document, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership — to verify your identity before processing withdrawals or in response to a regulatory or fraud-prevention requirement.
• cv399 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account where there is a reasonable basis to suspect fraudulent, abusive or deceptive activity — including but not limited to identity fraud, payment fraud, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers.

Account closure at the request of a Member will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any genuine funds balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the Member's verified BDT payment method after satisfactory completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

4.Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on cv399 are conducted in BDT. The following table sets out the key parameters for the most commonly used Bangladesh payment methods on cv399:

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered in the Member's name. cv399 does not transfer funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Any Bonus Funds included in the withdrawal request balance must first meet the applicable wagering requirement (rollover) before the corresponding amount may be withdrawn. Real-money deposits that have not been used to meet a rollover requirement may be withdrawn at any time subject to account verification.
• cv399 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for up to 5 business days where additional verification is required or where a fraud investigation is ongoing. Members will be notified of any such delay and its reason.

5.Bonuses and Promotions

cv399 offers promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback and other incentives to eligible Members from time to time. All promotions are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered as well as the following general bonus rules:

• Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available once only per eligible Member, per household and per device. Abuse of welcome offers — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in disqualification and forfeiture of bonus funds.
• Bonus Funds must be played through at the applicable wagering (rollover) multiplier specified in the promotion details before any withdrawal can be made. The wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount, the deposit amount, or both, as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonuses expire if not used within the timeframe stated in the promotion. Expired Bonus Funds are automatically removed from the account balance without notice. cv399 is not obligated to extend bonus expiry periods.
• VIP loyalty programme rewards — including cashback payments, free spins and tier bonuses — are subject to their own specific terms as published in the cv399 VIP programme documentation. VIP tier status is calculated on a rolling basis and may change month to month based on wagering activity.
• cv399 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after it has commenced, cv399 will honour bonus funds already credited to Member accounts at the time of cancellation, subject to applicable wagering requirements.

6.Gameplay Rules and Disputes

All games offered on cv399 operate according to the rules established by the individual game provider. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, game-specific rules take precedence for matters relating to game outcomes and payouts. For all other matters, these Terms govern.

• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, cv399 will attempt to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where a definitive outcome cannot be determined, the bet will be voided and the staked amount returned to the Member's balance.
• Bets placed on sporting events are settled according to the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, FIFA, BCB, etc.). In the event of a postponement, abandonment or cancellation of a sporting event, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific sport rules applicable to that event type.
• If a Member believes a game outcome or bet settlement is incorrect, a dispute must be raised with cv399 customer support within 30 days of the relevant game round or event settlement. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered.
• cv399's decision in respect of any game dispute, following investigation, is final and binding. Where a game provider's own dispute resolution process applies, cv399 will refer the matter accordingly and communicate the outcome to the Member.

7.Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on cv399. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and, where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or exploit promotional mechanisms in a manner not consistent with genuine recreational play.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share information in live dealer games, or coordinate betting patterns to exploit platform mechanics or bonus systems.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to conceal the origin of funds, depositing proceeds of illegal activity, or otherwise using cv399 as a vehicle for any financial crime.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration, verification or at any other point during the account relationship — including misrepresenting age, identity or payment method ownership.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or undisplayed errors in a game or the platform to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings derived from a known or reasonably knowable software error are not payable and will be voided on discovery.

cv399 employs ongoing fraud detection and monitoring systems. Members are advised that unusual account activity — including irregular deposit and withdrawal patterns, atypical game play sequences, or inconsistencies in device or location data — may trigger a compliance review. During any such review, withdrawal processing may be temporarily paused pending the outcome of the investigation.

8.Responsible Gaming

cv399 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We recognise that for a small number of individuals gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care towards our Members seriously. The following tools are available to all cv399 Members free of charge:

• Deposit limits: Members may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits via the account dashboard. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Time-out: Members may request a time-out period of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days during which the account will be restricted from gameplay and deposits. Time-outs cannot be reversed once activated.

cv399 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, third-party provider outages or force majeure events (including natural disasters, civil unrest, or telecommunications infrastructure failures affecting Bangladesh) may temporarily affect service availability. cv399 will endeavour to notify Members of planned maintenance in advance where reasonably practicable.

10.Amendments to These Terms

cv399 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, cv399 will provide notice to Members via the platform interface or by email to the registered account address, where available, with reasonable advance notice. The updated Terms will be published at cv399.pro/terms-conditions and will take effect on the date stated in the notice.

Your continued use of the cv399 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure by contacting [email protected].

11.Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. cv399 operates as an international online gaming platform serving the Bangladesh market. Disputes that cannot be resolved through cv399's internal complaints process may be referred to an independent dispute resolution body. cv399 does not make representations about the legality of online gaming in any specific jurisdiction — each Member is responsible for ensuring that their participation complies with the laws applicable in their own location.
